Requirements

Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve revenue targets by building and managing B2B sales pipelines
- Own the entire sales lifecycle for organizations, from initial outreach to contract signing
- Identify and engage universities, businesses, and other organizations to sell Leland’s coaching, courses, and other offerings
- Work closely with decision-makers to understand their needs and craft tailored partnership solutions
- Build trust with organizational clients, positioning Leland as the best resource for their students, employees, or members
- Create winning playbooks, training materials, and resources to drive team success in B2B sales
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and an excellent client experience
