Requirements
- Must hold a current federal Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development deploying applications in secure or classified environments.
- Demonstrated experience working with DoD, Intelligence Community, or similar federal organizations.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Python, and JavaScript.
- Experience deploying and managing containerized applications, with a specific emphasis on Kubernetes in on-premises and air-gapped environments.
- Familiarity with service mesh frameworks (e.g. Istio), container systems (e.g., Docker), and orchestration platforms.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make decisions in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to translate complex technical challenges into practical solutions for diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites and lead the deployment and integration of the Pryon platform.
- Work directly with clients to configure and maintain microservices and develop custom connectors for file systems or other data sources.
- Serve as the trusted technical advisor during deployment, training sessions, and live troubleshooting, ensuring customer success.
- Develop and execute detailed implementation plans that meet strict federal compliance and security standards.
- Identify technical risks and proactively devise mitigation strategies to address potential issues during deployment.
- Provide clear feedback to engineering teams regarding customer requirements, technical challenges, and product enhancements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including Solutions Managers, Pre-Sales, and Engineers—to refine deployment strategies and enhance the platform.
- Lead technical demonstrations and workshops, clearly translating complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions by capturing customer insights and industry trends.
- Manage and support both internal and customer environments, ensuring prompt resolution of deployment issues in diverse settings, including on-premises and air-gapped environments.
- Maintain rigorous attention to detail throughout all phases of deployment, integration, and ongoing customer support.
