Requirements
- Incredibly detail oriented
- Very strong engineering, ML, and data background
- High autonomy, ambitiousness, and ownership
- Excitement about being hands-on and iterating with customers
- High slope and desire / ability to learn quickly
Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers by connecting to their Salesforce and understanding their data
- Configure the system to work for customers and ensure results look good
- Structure and start a pilot for 2 months to iterate and prove out ROI
- Stay close with customers post-conversion to ensure the product is working well and continue iterating based on feedback
- Use observations from customer interactions to improve the product and tooling for future customers
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a role working very closely with internal stakeholders or customers
- Experience in a role where you owned delivery for customers
- Experience at a hyper-growth startup or top tech company
