Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 15 + years relevant experience
  • CPA and/or MBA, plus ABV, CVA, ASA, CFA, CFE, CFF (one or more)
  • Working knowledge of Personal Computers and Microsoft Office Suite Software
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Testimony experience at trials

Responsibilities

  • Technical proficiency mastered to enable diagnoses of and solutions to all problems encountered on forensic and valuation services engagements
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of client’s business and functions as a business advisor
  • Leads group business development activities
  • Defines the scope of work to include a list of deliverables and deadlines
  • Recognizes opportunities during ongoing projects to expand the Firm’s involvement
  • Oversees the progress of work to ensure the accuracy of client deliverables and delivery of all work products within established timeframes and standards of quality
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and/or their attorneys/advisors
  • Possesses creativity, objectivity, and alertness in problem-solving skills
  • Possesses exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Makes contingency plans
