Responsibilities
- Supervises, coordinates, trains, and counsels employees.
- Assists in maintaining and improving standards of food preparation and service.
- Maintains high standards of safety and sanitation.
- Ensures all general duties are performed in the assigned areas as required to insure high quality customer service.
- Performs a variety of cleaning tasks, maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in all Food Service area.
- Direct contact with both employees and visitors.
