Requirements
- Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to upgrade to a TS/SCI w/ Poly level US clearance
- 5+ years’ managerial experience in large food services operation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Have experience ordering food and packing it for shipment and managing food inventory.
- Have experience with managing the food services in a challenging environment.
- Have experience with being responsible for coordinating wait staff.
- Have experience with being responsible for and certified in Serve-Safe standards.
- Have experience in submitting menus for approval, maintaining customer service expectations.
