Requirements
- 1-3 years F&B experience, hotel/resort preferred
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work outside in spring, summer and fall months
- Positive attitude
- Flexibility to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift
Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Host team, TopGolf Swing Suite and Ramsay’s Kitchen alongside F&B management
- Training, development, and oversight of the Host team
- TopGolf Swing Suite oversight and guest experience
- Supervise the consistency of quality and efficiency of food and service in all outlets
- Utilize all computer systems relevant to the departments
- Execute the tasks of a pool attendant, server, and/or bartender as needed
- Schedule staff and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines
- Order supplies and other amenities to ensure the restaurant or outlet par levels are adequate for smooth operations
- Participate in regular staff meetings to keep employees informed of hotel policies and changes as well as ways to increase sales and service
- Knowledge of all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation, and proper service
