Requirements
- Currently pursuing degree/certification in Hospitality Management, Food/Culinary Management, Business Management, or similar field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Director of Food & Beverage on ensuring sponsorship agreements are met
- Help with inventory processing and structuring the warehouse for best operational practices
- Assist the premium services team in setting up for banquet and catered events
- Support Chefs in brainstorming menu ideas based on client or event needs
- Partner with F&B Manager on coordinating Non Profit Organizations based on event needs and support
- Research industry trends for cocktail development, concessions opportunities, and unique food technologies
- Support suite event process including processing and organizing orders, preparing event paperwork, troubleshooting during events, and closing out orders post-event
- Collaborate with operations, food and beverage, and administrative teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Clover, Mashgin, or similar Point of Sale system preferred
- Experience in Food & Beverage industry preferred
