Requirements
- Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
- 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or 5+ years in an F&I or Floor Manager role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and sales processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team; provide coaching and drive team motivation to meet sales goals.
- Oversee and optimize the sales process; analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Promote a customer-first culture; address concerns promptly to ensure a positive dealership experience.
- Coordinate inventory needs; manage vehicle turn rates and department profitability within budget.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
