Requirements
- Experience with development or evaluating aviation software
- Experience with software or hardware reviews per Radio Technical Commission (RTCA) for Aeronautics
- Experience with flight safety certification
- Knowledge of Technical Standard Order (TSO) program authorization processes and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and guidance
- Ability to be highly motivated, have a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission
- Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients and contractor teammates
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with development or evaluating aviation software
- 2+ years of experience performing certification authority activities per the military standard order (MSO) or TSO certifications
- Experience with certification activities per MSO-C145, MSO-C204, DO-229, DO-160
- Experience with Space Based Augmentation Systems (SBAS), GNSS Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS), or (Global Positioning System (GPS) civil signals (L5, L2C, L1C) receivers
- Experience with Military GPS User Equipment (MGUE)
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
