Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of automobiles and their minimum serviceability as it relates to safety items, cosmetic and mechanical
- Must be able to analyze and interpret Hertz contractual obligations to return vehicles to the OEM’s standards
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs and able to learn and apply other digital networks
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
- Ability to influence
- Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of supervisory management experience required

Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a Hertz brand standard across the Hertz Fleet
- Responsible for interpreting, implementing, and administering all vehicle manufacturer’s turnback programs and managing costs associated with same to maximize profit
- Responsible for interpreting, implementing, and administering Hertz Car Sales programs and managing costs associated with same to maximize profit
- Utilize reporting and documentation to monitor all deletion program eligible vehicles and prepare various reports for management
- Collaborate and negotiate with various vehicle manufacturers auction representatives, sales channels and provide feedback to Hertz operation managers
- Responsible for preparing administrative paperwork for the fleet, salvage packages, and quality control when work is being performed on the fleet
- Partner with and assist the Maintenance Manager as needed with inspections and oversee daily operations to ensure processes are being adhered to
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the Rental Car industry a plus
