Requirements
- 8+ years progressive experience in banking or captive financing in a high growth and fast paced environment, with at least 5+ years of advanced sales experience
- Strong understanding of financial products and their application in the IT space
- An understanding of customers’ and channel partners’ unique challenges and requirements, and the ability to tailor sales approaches to meet their specific needs
- Proven track record in working with multimillion-dollar targets
- Expert knowledge of the full sales cycle
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales target
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Understand customers’ requirements and identify solutions from CFS that match those needs
- Build and maintain customer loyalty, with high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
- Closely align with CrowdStrike’s cybersecurity technology sales organization and channel partners to drive sales
- Train channel partners to ensure inclusion of CFS’s financing solutions in their go-to-market strategy
- Educate customers on the benefits of the financing solutions of CFS
- End-to-end opportunity management and prospect planning
- Achieve and exceed targets
