Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of: Corporate Treasury, financial markets trading/analysis, financial risk management, and capital/liquidity risk management
  • A proven ability to integrate fundamental analysis with applied risk management foundations, either in a capital markets or broader financial services context
  • Track record of strong self-management and ability to handle both high-velocity, short-term deliverables while also progressing longer-term strategic objectives
  • Demonstrated curiosity, resilience, problem-solving skills, and desire to contribute to a high-functioning team operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Shape and help run models that underpin Stripe’s capital, liquidity, and financial risk management programs
  • Contribute to development of our risk-based pricing frameworks and related decision-making toolkits
  • Collaborate across CFRM pillars and other areas of TFIN to ensure our deliverables against core objectives and key results remain on target
  • Further build out our financial risk governance tools and metrics, including board-, management-, and team-level key risk indicators and early warning signals
  • Establish observability for core team metrics; build and enhance internal dashboards
  • Work with data science and engineering teams to develop tooling, observability, and analytics to support these efforts
