Financial Planning and Analysis Manager – Digital & CSC

Bachelor’s Degree required (Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred)
5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, or a related discipline
Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities
Ability to plan and execute projects under tight deadlines
Strong communication skills for presenting complex financial data clearly and concisely
Strong business acumen with experience interfacing with senior executives
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Expertise in digital analytics, cost per acquisition modeling, and Home Office financial performance metrics
Experience in mentoring and developing teams

Lead long-range financial planning for digital and Home Office analytics
Develop and manage monthly financial forecasts, incorporating trends and strategic initiatives across both areas
Enhance reporting processes, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of digital and CSC financial data
Oversee two Sr. Financial Analysts responsible for annual budgets and monthly forecasting cycles
Collaborate with business partners to analyze KPIs and recommend improvements to optimize profitability and efficiency
Conduct financial analyses to assess risks and opportunities, influencing investment and merchandising decisions
Build strong partnerships across Supply Chain, Planning & Allocation, Logistics, Operations, Accounting, Merchandising, Digital, and CSC teams
Lead ad-hoc analyses to support executive decision-making and business strategy
Ensure accurate reconciliation of data, financial statements, and P&L reports
Drive strategic initiatives and special projects that enhance financial reporting and operational insights
Manage performance, mentorship, and professional development within the FP&A team
Provide business solutions and financial recommendations for key decisions affecting digital and CSC functions
