Responsibilities
- Perform monthly financial review, generating accruals and prepayments and business unit Profit Statements for review and approval.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
- Maintain communications and develops relationships with operational leadership.
- Perform financial forecasting and reporting alongside operational management, using corporate forecasting models.
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
- Analyze past results, performance variance analyses, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation/maintenance of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.
- Responsible for maintaining the core models used for monthly management reporting.
- Creates and prepares tables/spreadsheets, models and presentations.
- Conducts research, aggregates data and prepares effective reporting.
- Executes ADHOC requests for information expeditiously and accurately.
- Conducting quality assurance on imported data to ensure accuracy.
- Special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
