Financial Controller

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification required.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role; experience in the digital advertising or technology sector is a plus. Public accounting experience required.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with financial ERP systems is desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.

Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies
Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors, ensuring timely and efficient completion of audits
Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and accounting standards; support readiness for audits and due diligence processes
Oversee vendor relationships and manage accounting-related vendor contracts, tools, and services
Oversee budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, ERP and close systems, technical accounting (ASC 606, 842, 350), and board/investor reporting to support cross-functional strategic initiatives
