Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field with 2+ years of related work experience
- Proficient Computer Software skills including Microsoft Office Suite (AO/Outlook/PowerPoint/Word) with advanced knowledge of Excel
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to access US only data systems
Responsibilities
- Apply your financial and analytical skills in an energetic and fast-paced environment.
- Be a strategic business advisor who will work with business leaders and many functions within the organization to execute and assess performance against business strategy.
- Support startup and execution of various Cost-type, Fixed Price, and T&M contracts utilizing Raytheon financial systems; working with multiple program managers across multiple programs and locations.
- Provide effective communication of key financial metrics through the development of quarterly estimate at complete (EAC), program management reviews, and other project financial deliverables to customers.
- Support estimating and pricing activities within PS2, and support programs with all proposal development and capture activities.
- Monitor, review, and obtain approvals for B&P, IRAD, and indirect expenses
- Provide timely and accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and forecasting to PS2 & BBN Leadership.
- Participate as part of a team in the execution of the monthly sales forecast process, development of annual operating plans and development of the five-year strategic plan.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience with Financial Systems – SAP / APEX, PRISM, Power BI
- Demonstrate ability to be proactive, creative, innovative, and use critical and strategic thinking
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to meet multiple commitments as expected
- Exhibit a leadership quality that entails facilitation, collaboration, and influential communication
- Proposal development experience (ProPricer)
- Ability to work independently, as a team member, and with all levels of management
- Strong communication/presentation skills: oral and written
- Willingness to apply for US government security clearance
