Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant or progressive experience in financial planning, reporting and analysis
- Familiar with Workday Adaptive Planning
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative discipline
Responsibilities
- support development of planning, budgeting, and forecasting process and tracking of expenses for our Operations group
- bridging forecast/actuals compared to forecast and plan
- work cross-functionally on monthly accruals, headcount reporting, and tracking
- Manage the accuracy of the Actual data in the Planning tool and loading the Forecast and Budget into Adaptive Planning
- Provide ad hoc financial modeling and analysis as needed
- Must be comfortable supporting VP budget owners, with ability to articulate detailed information into executive level summaries
Preferred Qualifications
- Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong technical skills and experience with aptitude of learning new software and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced skills in excel (financial modeling), and other tools including GL (e.g. SAP, Oracle, QAD) and reporting/planning tools (e.g. Tableau, Hyperion, Adaptive)
