Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/University Certificate in Accounting or related fields
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with ERP and BI Systems (IBM-TM1, Cognos Controller, SAP S/4HANA)
Responsibilities
- Perform various financial analysis and analytical reviews
- Prepare and upload Journal Entries into ERP systems
- Update and review Internal financial statements
- Prepare, review and submit the Reporting Packages to Parent Company
- Contact person to answer questions on Reporting Packages
- Prepare Management reports
- Intercompany confirmation and reconciliation
- Assist the Company in its transition to a new ERP system
- Work with the Manager on various analysis and mandates
- Help identify initiatives to continuously improve, automate and scale reporting tools, processes and methodologies
- Participate in the Budget and Forecast process (on demand)
- Assist with annual inventory count (travel may be required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working for a large company (an asset)
- Foreign currency transactions and inter-company accounting
- Bilingual (French & English) a plus
