Financial Analyst III – Corporate Operations

Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or an analytical field or equivalent experience
5+ years of post-graduation financial analysis experience
Knowledge of forecasting and financial modeling techniques
Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of conveying complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical collaborators
Intermediate Excel proficiency including Pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively
Ability to connect operational details to broader business goals
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning process for Corporate Operations functions
Provide accurate and timely financial information and recommendations to support Corporate Operations leaders
Lead the monthly financial reporting cycle, including variance analysis and management reporting
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to boost efficiency and accuracy
Lead monthly business rhythm ensuring team meets deliverables and milestones on time
Develop and present content to support reviews by Business Units and Corporate Operations leaders
Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives
Support and assist with internal initiatives for continuous improvement
