Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial performance management, analysis and decision support
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, generate alternatives and clearly communicate findings to drive positive change
- Ability to grasp understanding of business models and key drivers quickly and independently
- Demonstrated ability to make effective presentations
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and personnel
- Demonstrated proficiency with expert Excel; Hyperion EPBCS and/or Oracle ERP system experience preferred
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize assignments and work effectively under time constraints
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of US GAAP
- Superior analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven record of financial planning and strategy decisions
- Must be able to meet deadlines and deliver timely and accurate results
- Thorough planning and organization skills with great attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Analyze financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data from various platforms compared to plans, forecasts, and prior year results
- Research, analyze, and report on financial and accounting inquiries for the division
- Routine communication with Manager relating to financial close, budgeting/forecasting, issues and deliverables
- Research and prepare variance analysis and explanations on a monthly basis
- Prepare and analyze the periodic management reporting of financial results for the division
- Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, recommending actions to management
- Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data
- Maintain dataset of results and key performance indicators by entering, verifying and backing up data, ensuring the highest level of data integrity
