Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- 2 years of SQL experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial results for the Global Pixel Phones business.
- Collaborate with in-region finance teams to develop and maintain forecasts for the Pixel Phones business.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess the potential impact of promotional and strategic initiatives. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Support the annual budgeting process, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for resource optimization. Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, summarizing financial performance and key business insights.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes, improving efficiency and accuracy. Develop and implement tools and dashboards to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting experience within the consumer product space.
- Exceptional communication and people skills, comfort, and experience with regularly presenting to senior management.
- Organized, strategically focused, detail oriented, motivated, and ability to work with ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment.
- Great leadership and people skills, and ability to take charge, set objectives, drive results while building long-term relationships across organizational boundaries with all levels of seniority.
- Good business judgment, strong conviction and confidence to communicate and influence effectively with business partners.
