Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.
  • 2+ years of related work experience in corporate finance, accounting, or sales finance/operations
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive level professionals within and outside of the Finance Department.
  • Ability to identify and help improve current processes to make workflow more efficient.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of sales commission on month to month/year to year and other ad hoc reporting
  • Working with our Financial Planning and Analysis team and Sales Leadership on monthly reporting and forecasting of our company wide commission expense.
  • Help in the design and creation of our yearly commission plans as well as any new commission plans that arise throughout the year.
  • Partner with sales leadership and other internal groups (finance and HR) to assist in incentive plan and tracking analyses; perform quality control to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
  • Maintain comprehensive commission plan documentation.
  • Maintain sales force communications to foster a greater understanding of the Commission Plans.
  • Create ad hoc reports/analysis for business unit heads and executive management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Power query or PowerBI knowledge.
  • Experience in commissions, sales finance/operations, contracts, or revenue accounting.
  • Evidence of strong academic performance in college.
