Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
- 2+ years of related work experience in corporate finance, accounting, or sales finance/operations
- Strong Excel Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive level professionals within and outside of the Finance Department.
- Ability to identify and help improve current processes to make workflow more efficient.
- Strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of sales commission on month to month/year to year and other ad hoc reporting
- Working with our Financial Planning and Analysis team and Sales Leadership on monthly reporting and forecasting of our company wide commission expense.
- Help in the design and creation of our yearly commission plans as well as any new commission plans that arise throughout the year.
- Partner with sales leadership and other internal groups (finance and HR) to assist in incentive plan and tracking analyses; perform quality control to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
- Maintain comprehensive commission plan documentation.
- Maintain sales force communications to foster a greater understanding of the Commission Plans.
- Create ad hoc reports/analysis for business unit heads and executive management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Power query or PowerBI knowledge.
- Experience in commissions, sales finance/operations, contracts, or revenue accounting.
- Evidence of strong academic performance in college.
