Requirements
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
- At least 2 years of relevant financial analysis work experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Strong skills in PowerPoint
- Experience in business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Attention to detail and accuracy are extremely critical
Responsibilities
- Leads the coordination, organization and execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Supports deal review activities and business case development for key initiatives
- Establishes and maintains relationships with a broad base of key stakeholders (i.e., executives and staff) in the business
- Acquires and maintains a deep understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues of the business
- Identifies and implements changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness of operational decision making
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- MBA is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analyses
- Ability to cultivate effective relationships and communicate cross-functionally and with all levels of management
- Proven expertise in modeling techniques and managing large data sets
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and produce time sensitive deliverables
- Strong curiosity to connect the dots and tell the story through the financials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities
