Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field required
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance or a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and modeling techniques
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex datasets
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing financial, sales and operations performance for stakeholders
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain models to support forecasting and scenario planning
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize performance
- Support decision-making with data-driven insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, accounting and operations to align financial goals
- Present complex information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
