Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Access and Excel with ability to utilize pivot tables and v-lookups as needed
- Strong analytical skills and quantitative skills
- Strong organizational skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Flexibility in work schedule with ability to work longer days during month-end close and other busier times
Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to monitor, analyze and report on departmental operating expenses
- Assist with development and monitoring of customer retention programs and period-end reporting
- Engage in Budget planning process, working with business leaders and corporate FP&A to plan and set targets for future years
- Ability to analyze and report on purchasing activity of large customer groups
- Assist in reporting and analysis of marketing projects
- Analyze and reconcile the accounting for deferred revenue
- Prepare various analysis and assist with special projects as necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of experience within finance or accounting is preferred, but not required
