Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field & 2 years finance/accounting work experience
- Experience with budgeting and/or forecasting
- Experience with Microsoft tool suite
- Experienced user of SAP software, SAP Business Warehouse, APEX, PRISM or equivalent systems
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly program reports
- Support contractual Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance including variance analysis, monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development, EVMS CDRL preparation (IPMR, CFSR, CSDR)
- Development of quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC)
- Supporting the monthly forecast process which includes coordinating forecast updates with program stakeholders and updating Rplan
- Providing support for internal/external program reviews
- Ad-hoc support and analysis

- Experience with performing qualitative or comparative analysis with an emphasis on variance explanation
- Continuous improvement mindset and high attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to effectively lead and participate in meetings
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements
- Experience working in a DoD environment
