Financial Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related field.
Previous financial modeling experience.
Experience with SAP or other high-end ERP systems.
Experience with EPM systems (e.g., Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle Planning).
Experience working with large datasets and visualization/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Alteryx).
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Drive to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Assist in analyzing company-wide revenue growth and margin expansion, identifying trends and opportunities that inform executive decision-making.
Support our budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles, helping to deliver key insights that influence business decisions across the organization.
Create compelling financial reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable business intelligence.
Collaborate with Finance teams from various Lines of Business and Functions to understand their contributions to overall company performance and integrate their insights into corporate financial reporting.
Support the development of financial models used by senior finance leaders for strategic decision-making.
Identify opportunities to enhance planning, analysis, and reporting processes.
Assist with month-end and quarter-end processes including account reconciliations and performance analysis.
