Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or relevant field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in financial/business analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI)
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
- Good understanding of financial reporting, and basic concepts of accounting
- Hands-on experience with budget / forecast preparation techniques
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of monthly business unit KPIs, including actual, budget and forecast comparisons
- Partner with Commercial & Manufacturing organizations in expense analysis and control
- Ensure appropriate variance explanations are captured as needed. Identify and communicate all risks and opportunities
- Act as the designated analyst to support financial transactions for assigned business areas
- Participate in the development and the implementation of system improvements and departmental efficiencies
- Ensure the consistent application of financial and operating controls
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or relevant field preferred
