Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Finance, Economics or a related field plus three (3) years of experience working with derivatives in capital markets and/or foreign exchange in a multinational corporation or financial institution.
- Or alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Finance, Economics or a related field plus one (1) years of experience working with derivatives in capital markets and/or foreign exchange in a multinational corporation or financial institution.
- Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis on equity capital markets and equity-linked products.
- DE engaging in investments and treasury activities, and accounting and financial planning and analysis, including month close, forecasting, strategic business review, annual planning, and financial and management reporting.
- DE reporting on financial performance, including presenting for leadership reviews.
- DE conducting financial modeling and ad hoc reporting, including scenario analysis to aid organizational decision making.
Responsibilities
- Advise the Ecolab Management on corporate strategy, planning, and business unit performance.
- Analyze business unit trends driving performance.
- Develop processes and analytical models to identify and help manage the key strategic and business issues facing the division.
- Perform accounting, financial reporting and analysis, pricing, contract profitability and new product analysis.
- Oversee and manage capital structure, financial risk management, financial assets and debt portfolio.
- Perform & support ad hoc financial analyses & participate in key business critical projects within Ecolab.
- Assist finance partner and Industrial Group business leadership teams.
- Support and drive financial outcomes for the business by owning insights and analytics on customers, end markets, product portfolios, and business results.
- Direct supervision of analysts and provide direct support to the General Managers in the Industrial Group.
- Drive insights to action through functional leaders including marketing, sales, operations, and RD&E.
- Develop and maintain automated, actional reporting for the business.
- Analyze and communicate P&L results and drive outcomes with Industrial Group business leadership teams.
- Conduct talent and team development.
- Lead Industrial Group special projects including divisional carve-outs, portfolio segmentation analytics, and productivity tool kits amongst others.
