Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with 6+ years of relevant professional work experience. A candidate may have a Master’s Degree with 4+ years of experience or a Ph.D. with 1+ year of experience.
- Outstanding analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills with a high degree of intellectual curiosity
- Strong understanding of all 3 key financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow statement)
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Lead one Senior Financial Analyst
- Perform reporting & analysis of consolidated Cox Automotive’s cash flow and net-working capital
- Drive improved cash-flow performance by partnering with AR/AP leadership
- Lead reporting & analysis of Cox Automotive’s incentive compensation
- Own forecasting, budgeting, reporting & analysis for Cox Automotive’s Corporate Operations
- Support ad-hoc analyses as needed

- Demonstrated strength in people leadership
- Knowledge of Cox Auto’s business
- Strength in crafting executive-level presentations
- Experience using OneStream
