Requirements
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business (Accounting preferred)
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for energy transition and sustainability, backed by a solid academic record (GPA)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to evaluate data, create reports, and present technical insights effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and passion for Energy transition
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for multiple renewable energy projects
- Assist with financial close processes, timelines, and account reconciliations specific to renewable energy developers and independent power producers
- Perform data entry and intercompany accounting using Sage Intacct ERP
- Assist with AP and AR reconciliations, ensuring financial accuracy
- Support reconciliation of bank transactions and intercompany accounts, including Aggreko ETS Energy Systems in Project accounts
- Complete a monthly reconciliation of one of AETS’s high profile accounts and present findings to senior leadership, highlighting approach and key insights
