Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Be self-motivated with ability to act autonomously in ambiguous situations
  • Effectively delegate, influence, and develop team of financial analysts with a focus on efficiency, data integrity, and operational improvements
  • Understanding of fundamental data analytics principles with ability to apply to day-to-day responsibilities
  • Liaise with Accounting to produce key financial statements and earnings support materials
  • Leverage sharp financial acumen to create insightful/ad hoc analyses to identify risks and opportunities in the business that executives can use to drive the business forward

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage VPVIN analysis: custodian of VPxVIN tool, provide insight on vehicle profitability to Brand teams
  • Partner with Brand Incentive teams to optimize Retail Incentives spend thru utilization of VP analytics
  • Finance lead for cross brand Evergreen incentive programs: partner with Retail Planning and Incentives group to coordinate Evergreen incentive tactics
  • Finance Incentives lead for current and future vehicle programs: partner with US Pricing to develop incentive programs, consolidate Brands input for vehicle incentives
  • Subject Matter Expert on JDP PIN analytics and reporting within US Incentives team
  • Lead ZEV states incentive planning and coordinate plans with Retail planning to achieve ZEV state EV mandates
  • Lead Residual Value analysis for the Incentives team, liaise with CPO and RV leads within each brand and support RV improvement initiatives
  • Provide Lease penetration updates and reports to the US Incentives team
  • Organize and lead SMS preparation: consolidation of slides from the Brands and timely review of SMS material with US Incentives Director

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Prior experience leading a team of high-performing finance analysts (preferred)
  • Lead by example displaying GM behaviors, commitment to personal development and dedication to building a positive Workplace of Choice culture
  • Ability to inspire team and voice ideas to drive value to GM business
  • Strong attention to detail, with 80/20 focus on quick turnaround
  • Ability to summarize detailed analysis in a high-level/leadership-focused overview
  • Work autonomously with business partners and finance peers
