Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, ideally a combination of public accounting and industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- A strong communicator that can present to the Board and Leadership team of key financial metrics
- Understanding of GTM motions and financial nuances for fast paced technology companies
- Chartered Professional Accountant Designation (CPA)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the annual budget, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans to support strategic decision-making
- Support our CEO in updating Secoda’s valuation and revenue reporting as necessitated by significant financial events
- Deliver monthly and quarterly updates for investors and prepare deep financial analysis on performance for Board meetings
- Own all accounting functions including full cycle accounting, AR, AP, and payroll
- Partner with and be the main POC for our external accounting team
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Provide a high level of commitment to customer service towards internal and external customers
