Finance Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of related accounting experience dealing with direct supervision of month-end close process and the review, analysis, and interpretation of financial data
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience of a team of 3 or more
Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Oversee and manage an accounting team to ensure all accounting processes are performed; Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team for branch
Coordinate month-end close process and prepare and provide supporting schedules to Corporate
Manage and administer billing and collection services for third-party customer accounts
Develop, analyze, and interpret financial information to assess the business unit’s operating results in Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle; Develop budget in conjunction with business partners and leaders
Review financial reporting to corporate office and lead audits with outside and internal partners; Analyze monthly/quarterly financial results and provide commentary and analysis on variances to budget and prior year
Work directly with IT and operations departments to ensure financial and policy management systems and platforms are in place to ensure financial accuracy and scalability
Ensure financial transactions are in alignment with US GAAP, the Company’s accounting policies procedures, and ASC 606 obligations; Maintain accuracy in general ledger systems, while supporting non-financial business units with their financial needs by establishing procedures and controls
