Finance Manager

Undergraduate degree with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Business.
7+ years of relevant experience in finance.
Knowledge of Hyperion, Essbase and Oracle would be an asset.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point and Outlook.
Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and in a team environment as required.
Detail oriented while still able to synthesize issues and present concise concepts and solutions.
Exceptional time management, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to proactively follow up on identified issues and work toward resolution.

Conduct financial analysis/research, reviews and/or audits to support functional goals/objectives.
Act as interface with Finance partners/leaders and external parties.
Serve as a source of advice to senior management in field of specialty; may lead team(s) of related specialists/experts.
Undertake and complete a variety of complex projects and initiatives requiring seasoned business partner specialist knowledge.
Communicate difficult concepts; convert information to compelling business context and advice; influence and gain alignment across increasingly senior stakeholders.
Work autonomously as the lead and guide others within area of expertise.
Formulate relevant and meaningful data analysis through comprehensive data visualization tools, profiling tools, segmentation, as well as leveraging advanced modeling and analytics.
Lead on the interpretation of complex business issues, generate multifaceted insights and identify opportunities to help drive business growth or address business/enterprise needs.
Effectively communicate relevant/meaningful recommendations on a range of finance management issues or related operational processes to all levels within the organization.
Act as a subject matter expert for LOB Finance area supported and provide guidance/advice and recommendations to support dealings with internal/external partners.
