Requirements
- Proven experience (8+ years) in your ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, conquer roadblocks, prioritize, and implement.
- Solid presentation skills. Versatile in engaging and captivating an audience. This includes stellar storytelling skills and advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to take complex ideas and concepts and showcase these in a way that is easy to understand and consume.
- Exceptional social capabilities, skilled in conducting meaningful dialogues, convincing others, delivering messages tactfully, challenging established norms, and encouraging team alignment.
- Enthusiastic, with a positive and creative attitude who believes a solution exists for every problem.
- Intellectual curiosity with a self-starter approach. Fast learner and biased to action. Rapidly assesses a problem, evaluates options, and delivers a result.
- Comfortable in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolves and embraces emerging technologies.
- Strong technical skills, including Intermediate Power BI and Advanced Excel.
Responsibilities
- Drive flawless operational cadence and process for forecasting, annual planning, reporting, and strategic projects across global Digital Media Enterprise. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance leaders, sales ops, marketing ops, and product to ensure strategic alignment and critical deliverables are met with ease.
- Become a product and role subject matter expert within the GTM finance organization, understanding the nuances that may exist across geos and segments. Develop product, role, and competitive documentation for finance team enablement.
- Develop and drive KPIs and Standardizations across GTM finance.
- Take high-level business questions and develop solid responses/recommendations that are backed with data and subject matter expert input. Breakdown complex business activities into simple frameworks. Understand the risks and opportunities of a scenario. Communicate plans, insights, and recommendations to Senior Management.
- Establish core exec-level communication such as newsletters and recaps from core meetings to capture follow-ups and hold teams accountable to next steps.
- Establish clear and effective communication strategy to facilitate alignment, visibility, and information sharing across all field functions and organizational levels.
