Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Strong leadership and organization skills

  • Works well as part of a small, tightly knit team
  • Familiarity with the private equity industry and Anti-Money Laundering practices
  • Expertise with Microsoft Suite – (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collecting, monitoring, and maintaining LP subscription documents for new fundraises
  • Serving as primary point of contact for investor onboarding inquiries
  • Recording approved investor records in systems and populating LP reference data
  • Monitoring Investor Services mailbox and phone line, validating requests to ensure authenticity and security
  • Coordinating responses to certain investor inquiries with Partners, Management and Investment teams as well as Global ICS
  • Merging LP capital notices and other ad hoc LP correspondence and posting all such LP communications as well as quarterly PCAPs and financial statements to Blackstone’s investor portal
  • Maintaining updated LP contact information and reference data
  • Collecting, monitoring, and maintaining LP transfer requests and coordinating with appropriate Blackstone teams and outside counsel to facilitate execution
  • Recording approved transfer records in systems and populating and maintaining investor reference data
  • Establishing fundraising data room, maintaining access and permissions for authorized parties, and posting marketing materials
  • Coordinating and responding to LP requests for confirmation and those from their auditors
  • Determining LP attributes and ownership for acquisition vehicles
  • Working across Blackstone business units to ensure consistent and best practices are applied to the Investor Services functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau preferred
