Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Strong leadership and organization skills
- Exceptional project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Motivation to excel in a dynamic environment
- Works well as part of a small, tightly knit team
- Familiarity with the private equity industry and Anti-Money Laundering practices
- Expertise with Microsoft Suite – (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau preferred
Responsibilities
- Collecting, monitoring, and maintaining LP subscription documents for new fundraises
- Serving as primary point of contact for investor onboarding inquiries
- Recording approved investor records in systems and populating LP reference data
- Monitoring Investor Services mailbox and phone line, validating requests to ensure authenticity and security
- Coordinating responses to certain investor inquiries with Partners, Management and Investment teams as well as Global ICS
- Merging LP capital notices and other ad hoc LP correspondence and posting all such LP communications as well as quarterly PCAPs and financial statements to Blackstone’s investor portal
- Maintaining updated LP contact information and reference data
- Collecting, monitoring, and maintaining LP transfer requests and coordinating with appropriate Blackstone teams and outside counsel to facilitate execution
- Recording approved transfer records in systems and populating and maintaining investor reference data
- Establishing fundraising data room, maintaining access and permissions for authorized parties, and posting marketing materials
- Coordinating and responding to LP requests for confirmation and those from their auditors
- Determining LP attributes and ownership for acquisition vehicles
- Working across Blackstone business units to ensure consistent and best practices are applied to the Investor Services functions.
Preferred Qualifications
