Bachelor’s Degree required
Strong leadership and organization skills
Exceptional project management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Works well as part of a small, tightly knit team
Familiarity with the private equity industry and Anti-Money Laundering practices
Expertise with Microsoft Suite – (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau preferred

Collecting, monitoring, and maintaining LP subscription documents for new fundraises
Serving as primary point of contact for investor onboarding inquiries
Recording approved investor records in systems and populating LP reference data
Monitoring Investor Services mailbox and phone line, validating requests to ensure authenticity and security
Coordinating responses to certain investor inquiries with Partners, Management and Investment teams as well as Global ICS
Merging LP capital notices and other ad hoc LP correspondence and posting all such LP communications as well as quarterly PCAPs and financial statements to Blackstone’s investor portal
Maintaining updated LP contact information and reference data
Collecting, monitoring, and maintaining LP transfer requests and coordinating with appropriate Blackstone teams and outside counsel to facilitate execution
Recording approved transfer records in systems and populating and maintaining investor reference data
Establishing fundraising data room, maintaining access and permissions for authorized parties, and posting marketing materials
Coordinating and responding to LP requests for confirmation and those from their auditors
Determining LP attributes and ownership for acquisition vehicles
Working across Blackstone business units to ensure consistent and best practices are applied to the Investor Services functions.
