Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Managing all aspects of financial support and execution in partnership the VP
  • Coordinate across functional teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and be able to translate key messages and insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Provides analysis and insight to assist leadership in optimizing costs and outcomes
  • Participate in strategy development and decision making to optimize future outcomes
  • Present and be active in discussion with senior leaders of the division.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience desired
  • Previous manufacturing finance or accounting experience desired
  • Previous experience leading global teams desired
  • Ability to operate as a true business partner, including building strong relationships and partnering across functions to help drive the business
  • Superior communication and influencing skills
