Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of financial support and execution in partnership the VP
- Coordinate across functional teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and be able to translate key messages and insights to senior stakeholders.
- Provides analysis and insight to assist leadership in optimizing costs and outcomes
- Participate in strategy development and decision making to optimize future outcomes
- Present and be active in discussion with senior leaders of the division.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience desired
- Previous manufacturing finance or accounting experience desired
- Previous experience leading global teams desired
- Ability to operate as a true business partner, including building strong relationships and partnering across functions to help drive the business
- Superior communication and influencing skills
