Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, a related function, or an advanced degree.
Responsibilities
- Develop the location strategy taking into consideration cost as well as understanding organizational shape from a role and level perspective, and how the team expects to evolve going forward.
- Partner to understand AI opportunities to automate workflows and the impact that will have on resources.
- Identify and define key operational metrics to measure the performance of the business and the implications from a finance perspective.
- Collaborate with finance partners to understand workflow priorities and the impact to business growth, brand, or legal/regulatory risk.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams, with excellent problem-framing, problem-structuring, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of accounting and core finance processes and of standard finance systems (e.g., SAP).
- Ability to communicate insights to a wide range of stakeholders including technical management teams.
