Finance Analyst III

Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or analytical field.
5+ years of post-graduation financial analysis experience.
Experience with data mining across diverse data sets.
Experience with SQL.
Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
Intermediate Excel proficiency including Pivot tables, Vlookups etc.
Understanding of underlying business processes and the impact of financial decisions.
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Perform financial analysis and reporting to assist business managers and ensure projects are within budgets.
Recommend and implement operational improvement measures and identify key financial and non-financial risks and advise mitigants of those risks.
Creation of content and ability to present data to support program, financial and operations reviews.
Create initial capital project EACs and provide quarterly updates to drive execution to plan.
Drive quarterly forecasts for labor, overhead and capital expenditures.
Data mining across diverse data sets.
Collaborate across finance teams for reporting and analytics.
Support internal initiatives for new products.
Understand business processes and financial impact.
Foster trust, maintain professional relationships, and promote inclusion.
