Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of related work experience
- Strong qualitative and quantitative skills with experience manipulating and analyzing large sets of data to drive business decisions.
- Ability to travel, up to 10% of the time if remote.
Responsibilities
- Supports the Sr. Finance Manager in close collaboration with Commercial Leadership, Supply Chain, Operations, Corporate FP&A, & Accounting, including: Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly forecast cycles; Annual budget process; Strategic Long-Range Planning.
- Prepares financial analyses and presentations in collaboration with functional leaders, including monthly / quarterly business reviews, monthly pipeline reviews, and insights on revenues, expenses, and other financial measures/KPIs.
- Actively monitors BU operating expenses with appropriate risk / opportunity analysis in close partnership with sales leaders.
- Partners closely with Sales Operations teams to assist in driving business and strategic decisions for the sales team to drive process and business improvements.
- Routinely and proactively assesses and communicates financial performance trends around customer sales details (historical and forecasted), using appropriate metrics to identify areas of risk / opportunity, propose key actions / strategic initiatives, and quantify & forecast results / strategic implications.
- Works closely with the Accounting team to ensure all aspects of the financial close process are orderly, and contributes toward the accuracy of the financial results.
- Performs additional duties as directed/needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- FP&A experience, including business partnership, highly preferred.
- Knowledge of financial business plans, processes, and systems (Hyperion Planning, Essbase, PowerBI experience preferred).
- Expert knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
