Requirements
- Must have retail experience; preferably Hispanic retail experience
- Knowledge of trade marketing principles and understanding of the grocery industry
- Prefer bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Associates degree and/or 2+ years verifiable experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint at an intermediate level or better
- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, communication and proof-reading skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Team player who always stays in the solution
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to make decisions in the best interest of the agency and its’ clients
- Trust worthy, honest and highly developed people skills
- Occasional travel
- Valid Driver License
- Proof of Automobile insurance
- Reliable phone service and internet service for daily communication
- Required to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail task & audits at local grocery retailer

Responsibilities
- Develop a working knowledge of the products and services offered by DTH
- Support client programs, as assigned, to ensure excellent results
- Assist with field supervision to ensure proper execution of programs including but not limited to market audits, store checks, event set ups etc.
- Escalate field issues to the management team and follow up for timely resolution
- Serve as a mentor and a coach to all field staff to drive better performance and efficiency
- Continuously evaluate field operations for discrepancies, issues and opportunities for improvements
- Assist with creating and managing field execution calendars
- Assist with schedules
- Collect and provide the management team with adequate feedback of the field operations to assist in developing staff performance/coaching assessments and improvement plans
- Assist with recruiting and field staff training
- Assist in management of master storage inventories
- Fulfillment of program and campaign materials and supplies
- Assistance with preparing reports and presentations, as requested
- Provide the management team recommendations that will lead to greater efficiencies and improved operations
- Attend client meetings and presentations as requested
- Other duties as requested by the management team
