Requirements
- 8+ years of experience configuring both hardware and software in a DoD environment
- 5+ years of experience working with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) suite
- 5+ years of experience working with VoIP or PBX telephony systems and software, hardware, or telecommunications standards
- 3+ years of experience installing and configuring Instant Messaging systems, such as Cisco Jabber, Webex, or Microsoft Teams and Presence Services
- 3+ years of experience configuring, deploying, and managing Cisco voice and video endpoints, including VoIP and VTC
- Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations
- Secret clearance
- Associate’s degree
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of company and government sensitive and classified information
- Apply basic principles, theories, concepts, and limited industry knowledge
- Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity
- Refer more complex issues to higher levels
- Work under direct supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with network engineering
- Experience in technical engineering leadership roles, including leading technically varied teams for successful deliveries on complex engineering programs to support products, services, and operations
- Experience with VMware
- Ability to load virtual machines
- Bachelor’s degree
- Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CompTIA Security+, or ISC2 CISSP Certification
