Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 3+ years relevant experience
- 3+ years directly related experience as Field Service Engineer or Maintenance Engineer/Technician
- Skills in calibration and repair of selective Test Measurement Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE)
- Experience using automated calibration software platforms
- Strong Customer interface skills
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain close communication with customers to ensure optimal performance of customers’ test equipment assets used with Keysight calibration SW
- Ensure compatibility between customer expectation and support provided by Keysight Technologies
- Provide advice to customers on environmental factors such as humidity, power, air conditioning, calibration cycle times, and test ETE configurations for best operational results
- Provide assistance to customer to evaluate test failures, distinguishing between hardware & system software to determine if repair or re-alignment is required
- Understand, and utilize all Keysight software based calibration platforms
- Train customer technicians and provide support for Keysight calibration software (STE & TME)
