Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role or as an end user of Gas Chromatography.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- MUST live in the Minneapolis, MN / St. Paul, MN geographic area.
Responsibilities
- Install and optimize hardware, software, and network products at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
- Provide guidance on preventive maintenance to minimize disruptions.
- Proactively address potential equipment issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Complete administrative activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Identify lead generating opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agilent products is a plus but not required.
