Must travel on short notice and spend over 80% of time traveling, potentially away from home for long periods.
Availability during off hours, including weekends, holidays, and off shifts, to meet the demands of our clients.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Strong written communication skills, capable of writing clear and concise trip reports in accordance with Dematic’s procedures.
Proven experience with Programmable Logistic Controllers (PLC), including at least 3 years in a related field providing customer service support.
Expertise with Allen Bradley Logix PLC controls platforms and solving controls hardware issues.
Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Strong customer service mentality and excellent verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal direction, achieving outstanding results.

Participate in semi-complex equipment trial runs, investigative tests, repairs, and overhauls, ensuring all processes are carried out with outstanding precision.
Train customers on the use and maintenance of our semi-complex products and services, empowering them to achieve efficient performance.
Perform maintenance on tools and test equipment, meticulously detailing all inspections, maintenance, repair work, and failures to maintain a comprehensive service history.
Respond to service calls, assessing the performance of semi-complex products and equipment, and recommend modifications or improvements to improve functionality.
Identify and address problems as they occur, taking appropriate steps to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
