Requirements
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record in SMB markets and field sales
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong business acumen and understanding of SMB challenges and needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
- Willingness to be in office 5 days a week (Menlo Park and SF)
Responsibilities
- Mentor a team of field sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and hands-on support to ensure individual and team success
- Develop and execute territory plans to identify new opportunities, penetrate markets, and grow revenue within the SMB segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their business needs to position our SaaS solutions effectively
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring an accurate and healthy pipeline
- Monitor sales KPIs and deliver regular performance updates, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and SMB market challenges to adapt strategies and position our offerings as the preferred choice
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on goals, share feedback, and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales team members to cultivate a high-performing sales culture
