Requirements
- Experience in providing education on reimbursement challenges and support services
- Knowledge of Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization Process, Support Center Services, Medicare and Commercial coverage
- Ability to track interactions and activities in specified CRM systems
- Experience in case management, billing and coding updates, and claims submission
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with physicians and manufacturer representatives
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and on-demand education for office staff regarding reimbursement challenges
- Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization Process, Support Center Services, and patient communication streams
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely workflow
- Set up appointments and complete outbound calls to targeted offices
- Monitor program performance for physicians and manufacturer representatives
