Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial aquatics industry or a similar field
- In-depth knowledge of commercial aquatic systems, including water chemistry, filtration, and circulation systems
- Experience performing site evaluations and recommending appropriate equipment
- Understanding of how pool chemicals work and interact with other chemicals
- Experience training and mentoring field technicians on technical procedures, equipment installations, and safety protocols
Responsibilities
- Provide technical training and support to field technicians to ensure high-quality work
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for CCH and Pulsar product lines including feeders and controls
- Conduct installation consultations and diagnose issues impacting product performance
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, project progress, and inventory
